How to Manage Clinic Settings
The Settings page is where you configure everything about how your clinic operates on MyDentalPractice.
Accessing Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar. Only users with Admin or Owner roles can access all settings. Other roles see limited options relevant to their permissions.
Settings Sections
Clinic Profile
Clinic Name — Displayed on all patient-facing communicationsClinic Code — Your unique identifierLogo — Appears on invoices, prescriptions, and the patient portalAddress — Physical location(s)Contact Information — Phone, email, websiteBusiness Hours
Configure your weekly operating schedule:
Set open/close times for each day of the weekAdd breaks (e.g., lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM)Mark days as closedSet holiday closures for specific datesBusiness hours affect appointment availability and are displayed to patients booking online.
Treatment Catalog
Manage the treatments your clinic offers:
Add, edit, or deactivate treatmentsSet default duration and pricingOrganize into categoriesLink treatments to inventory items for auto-deductionDental Rooms
If your clinic has multiple operatories:
Go to Settings → Dental RoomsClick + Add RoomName the room (e.g., "Operatory 1", "Surgery Room")Assign equipment and capabilitiesRooms appear as scheduling options when booking appointmentsNotification Preferences

Export Clinic Data
Go to Settings → Data → Export to download:

Only the clinic Owner can delete the account. This action is irreversible and requires:
