How to Manage Your Subscription and Billing
Manage your MyDentalPractice plan, payment methods, and subscription invoices from the billing settings.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Go to Settings → Billing → Subscription to see:
Your current plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise)Monthly or annual billing cycleNext payment date and amountFeature limits (users, storage, SMS credits)Current usage vs. limitsUpgrading Your Plan
Go to Settings → Billing → SubscriptionClick Upgrade PlanCompare available plans and their featuresSelect the new planIf upgrading mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amountNew features are available immediatelyDowngrading Your Plan
Click Change PlanSelect a lower-tier planReview what features you will loseConfirm the downgradeThe change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycleEnsure you are within the new plan's limits (users, storage) before downgradingUpdating Payment Method
Go to Settings → Billing → Payment MethodClick Update Payment MethodEnter your new card detailsClick SaveSupported payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and Verve cards via Paystack.
Subscription Invoices
Download invoices for your subscription payments:
Go to Settings → Billing → Invoice HistoryView all past subscription paymentsClick Download on any invoice to get a PDFInvoices include your clinic name, plan details, and payment amountCancelling Your Subscription
Go to Settings → Billing → SubscriptionClick Cancel SubscriptionSelect a cancellation reasonReview what happens after cancellation: - Access continues until the end of the billing period
- Data is retained for 30 days
- You can reactivate anytime within 30 days

Extra SMS Credits — Buy in bundles of 500Extra Storage — Add 10 GB blocksAdditional Users — Add seats beyond your plan limitManage addons at Settings → Billing → Addons.
