How to Change Your Password
Keep your account secure by regularly updating your password and following best practices.
Changing Your Password
Click your avatar in the top right cornerSelect ProfileClick the Security tabClick Change PasswordEnter your current passwordEnter your new password (twice to confirm)Click Update PasswordPassword Requirements
Your new password must meet these criteria:
At least 8 characters longAt least one uppercase letter (A-Z)At least one lowercase letter (a-z)At least one number (0-9)At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)The system rejects passwords that:
Match any of your last 5 passwordsContain your name or email addressAre found in common password dictionariesForgot Your Password?
If you cannot log in:
Click Forgot Password? on the login pageEnter your email addressCheck your inbox for a reset link (valid for 1 hour)Click the link and set a new passwordIf you do not receive the email:
Check your spam/junk folderVerify you are using the email address associated with your accountContact support at support@mydentalpractice.ngPassword Best Practices
