Set times when non-urgent notifications are silenced:

  • Go to Settings → Notifications → Quiet Hours
  • Toggle Enable Quiet Hours
  • Set start and end times (e.g., 9 PM to 7 AM)
  • Critical alerts (security, system errors) still come through
  • Per-Device Settings

If you access MyDentalPractice from multiple devices, notification preferences apply across all devices. Desktop push notifications can be enabled or disabled per browser from the notification settings page.

For SMS reminders to patients, see SMS Reminders. For chat, see How to Use Patient Chat.
