Where to Find Audit Logs
MyDentalPractice logs all significant user actions for security, compliance, and accountability.
Accessing Audit Logs
Navigate to Settings → Activity Log (requires Admin or Owner role).
What Gets Logged
Authentication Events

Use the filter panel to narrow results:
Date Range — Select start and end datesUser — Filter by team memberAction Type — Login, View, Create, Edit, Delete, ExportModule — Patients, Appointments, Billing, SettingsPatient — Activity related to a specific patientLog Details
Click any log entry to see full details:
Timestamp — Exact date and time (in WAT)User — Who performed the actionAction — What they didDetails — Specifics (e.g., which patient record, what was changed)IP Address — Where the action originatedDevice — Browser and operating systemExporting Logs
Click Export to download audit logs as CSV. This is useful for:

Audit logs are retained for:
