How to Manage Multiple Branches
If your dental practice operates from multiple locations, MyDentalPractice Enterprise plan lets you manage all branches from a single account.
Adding a New Branch
Go to Settings → BranchesClick + Add BranchEnter the branch details: - Branch name (e.g., "SmileCare Dental — Lekki")
- Address
- Phone number
- Business hours
- Branch manager (select from team members)
Click Create BranchSwitching Between Branches
Use the branch selector in the top navigation bar:
Click the current branch nameSelect the branch you want to viewThe dashboard, appointments, and data update to show that branchBranch-Specific vs. Shared Data

Assign team members to one or more branches:
Go to Settings → Team MembersClick on a team memberUnder Branch Assignment, select which branches they work atOptionally set different schedules per branchCross-Branch Reporting
At Analytics → Multi-Branch, view:
Revenue comparison across branchesPatient volume by locationStaff utilization per branchInventory status by locationCombined or per-branch financial reportsPatient Transfer
When a patient moves between branches:
Their record is accessible from all branches (no transfer needed)Appointment history shows which branch each visit was atInvoices are tagged with the billing branchBranch Permissions
Branch managers have admin-level access within their branch but cannot modify other branches. Only the account Owner can:
