Accessing Patient Analytics

Navigate to Analytics → Patient Analytics from the sidebar.

Available Metrics

Patient Growth

Total registered patients over time (line chart)

New patients per month

Growth rate percentage

Source breakdown (referral, walk-in, online, marketing)

Demographics

Age Distribution — Bar chart grouped by age ranges (0-12, 13-17, 18-30, 31-45, 46-60, 60+)

Gender Split — Pie chart showing male/female/other distribution

Location — Where your patients are coming from (city/area)

Insurance Coverage — Percentage with insurance vs. self-pay

Retention Metrics

Metric	Description
Return Rate	% of patients who visit more than once
Average Visit Frequency	Mean visits per patient per year
Churn Rate	% of patients who have not returned in 12+ months
Recall Compliance	% of patients who return for scheduled recalls

Patient Value

Average lifetime revenue per patient

Revenue by patient segment (new vs. returning)

Most profitable treatment types per patient group

Insurance vs. out-of-pocket revenue split
