How to Generate Custom Reports
When the built-in reports do not cover your specific needs, use the custom report builder to create tailored reports.
Accessing the Report Builder
Navigate to Analytics → Custom Reports and click + New Report.
Building a Report
Step 1: Choose the Data Source
Select what data to report on:
Step 2: Select Columns
Choose which fields to include in the report. Available columns depend on the data source. For example, for Appointments:
Step 3: Apply Filters
Narrow the data:
Step 4: Group and Summarize
Optionally group results by:
Add summary calculations: Count, Sum, Average, Min, Max.
Step 5: Choose Visualization
Select how to display the results:
