Where to Find Your Clinic Dashboard

The clinic dashboard is your daily command center — it shows everything you need to know at a glance when you log in.

Accessing the Dashboard

The dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. You can also access it anytime by clicking Dashboard in the sidebar.

Dashboard Sections

Today's Overview

At the top of the dashboard, you will see:

  • Appointments Today — Count and list of today's scheduled appointments
  • Patients Seen — How many patients have been checked in or completed today
  • Revenue Today — Total payments received today
  • Pending Invoices — Number of unpaid invoices
  • Appointment Timeline

    A visual timeline of today's appointments showing:

  • Time slots and patient names
  • Appointment status (Scheduled, Checked In, In Progress, Completed)
  • Color coding by status
  • Quick actions (check in, start treatment, complete)
  • Revenue Summary

    A chart showing revenue over the past 7 or 30 days:

  • Daily revenue bars
  • Trend line
  • Comparison with previous period
  • Toggle between revenue, collections, and outstanding balance
  • Quick Stats Cards

    Upcoming Reminders

    A list of tasks and reminders:

  • Overdue recalls

  • Customizing the Dashboard

    Click Customize in the top right to:

  • Rearrange dashboard widgets by dragging
  • Show or hide specific sections
  • Set the default date range for charts
  • Multi-Dentist View

    Clinic owners and admins can view the dashboard for:

  • All Dentists — Combined metrics for the whole clinic
  • Individual Dentist — Select a specific provider from the dropdown
