How to Track Staff Performance
Monitor your team's productivity and patient outcomes to identify strengths, address concerns, and make informed staffing decisions.
Accessing Performance Reports
Navigate to Analytics → Staff Performance (requires Admin or Owner role).
Provider Metrics
For each dentist, view:
Productivity
| Metric | Description |

| Patients Seen | Total patients treated in the period |
| Appointments Completed | Number of completed appointments |
| Utilization Rate | % of scheduled time actually filled with appointments |
| Average Appointment Duration | Mean time per appointment vs. scheduled duration |
