Marking a No-Show
When a patient misses their appointment:
Open the appointment from the calendarClick the Status dropdownSelect No-ShowOptionally add a note (e.g., "Called, no answer")The time slot is freed up for other patientsAutomatic No-Show Detection
Configure automatic marking at Settings → Appointments → No-Show Rules:
Set a grace period (e.g., 30 minutes after appointment time)If the patient has not been checked in within the grace period, the system prompts staff to mark as no-show or extend the waitNo-Show Follow-Up
After marking a no-show, the system can automatically:
