About This Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our dental clinic customers achieve their goals with MyDentalPractice. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them onboard successfully, adopt key features, and grow their practices using our platform.

This role combines relationship management, product expertise, and strategic thinking. You'll work closely with clinics across Nigeria and Ghana to understand their needs, solve problems, and ensure they're getting maximum value from our software.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new dental clinics and train their staff on MyDentalPractice
  • Build strong relationships with clinic owners and administrators
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to product team
  • Create and maintain customer success documentation and guides
  • Collaborate with support team to resolve escalated issues

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar role
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong empathy and ability to understand customer challenges
  • Data-driven approach to measuring customer health
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer success platforms
  • Ability to travel within Nigeria for customer visits
  • Fluency in English; Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare or dental industry
  • Background in training or education
  • Knowledge of practice management software
  • Experience working with SMBs in Nigeria
  • Project management certification
